Spring into Love: A Vibrant Wedding Celebration at Summerour Studios

Deja & Alex started planning their wedding for 60 guest around six months out. Deja expressed her desire for lots of color. Her wedding dress itself was blush. Their venue of choice was Summerour Studios in Atlanta, GA. This lovely couple chose a fresh and exciting color palette featuring slate blue, various pink tones, orange and mustard yellow. The combination was both unexpected and breathtaking, adding a pop of personality to every detail. From the slate blue table linen to the mustard napkins, each element was carefully curated to create a cohesive and stylish look.

The reception was a true celebration of Southern hospitality. Bold Events crafted a menu that showcased the region's rich culinary heritage. Guests indulged in delicious dishes like:

- Buttermilk biscuits with cheddar pimento spread and cornbread with honey butter

- South City Kitchen's famous fried chicken with black pepper gravy

- Field greens salads with fresh strawberries, pralines, goat cheese, and sweet peppercorn vinaigrette

- Creamy mac & cheese

The most popular food station was the shrimp and grits station, where chefs freshly sautéed the signature Southern dish before guests' eyes! Sautéed shrimp over logan turnpike grits and garlic gravy was a true showstopper.

To end the evening, we had a gorgeous blush cake created by Cakes By Anna. This masterpiece was almost too beautiful to eat (almost!). The delicate blush hue and elegant design made it a perfect centerpiece for the reception. But the sweet treats didn't stop there! Each guest received a delightful Krispy Kreme donut mini box, complete with a personalized tag. This thoughtful favor added a touch of whimsy and delight to the celebration.
